“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28 · NIV
He doesn't say come when you've sorted yourself out. He says come weary. Come burdened. Come exactly as tired as you are. God's rest isn't a nap — it's wholeness, the kind that puts something back that the week took out. It is available today. It is available now. You only have to come.
Jesus, I'm tired. I'm coming as I am. Give me real rest.
