“Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning.”
— Lamentations 3:22-23 · NIV
New every morning. Which means yesterday's supply has expired and this morning's has already arrived. You cannot run out. You also cannot stockpile. That's why the greeting works: every day is a fresh delivery of mercy, whatever the date says. So make it a Friday.
Father, thank You for mercy that arrived again this morning.
